The bill (Reg. No. 2488) suggests to the enterprises of shipbuilding industry, bearing the date of January 1, 2018, tax remissions for corporate income tax, added-value tax, land tax and write off penalties of these enterprises, fines and financial penalties that are not paid to the budget and state funds.
The Committee noted that the draft law is aimed at ensuring the proper implementation of the economic experiment on public support for the shipbuilding industry, creating favorable conditions for improving the financial situation of enterprises, prevent bankruptcy, loss of scientific, intellectual, technological and industrial potential.
